Family of MCUs for safety-critical industrial and automotive applications

Mouser now stocks the AVR DD family of microcontrollers from Microchip Technology.

Microchip AVR DD Family microcontrollers utilise the AVR CPU with hardware multiplier running at clock speeds up to 24MHz. They include 16kB, 32kB and 64kB of flash, 2kB, 4kB and 8kB of SRAM, and 256bytes of EEPROM. The microcontrollers are offered in 14-, 20-, 28-, and 32-pin packages. The family employs Microchip's flexible and low-power architecture, including Event System, intelligent analog features, and advanced digital peripherals.
