Ricoh Electronic Devices Company R3500S Series 4-Ch Window Voltage Detectors, available now from Mouser, provide a manual reset function ideal for systems needing functional safety. The series features a 3V to 42V operating voltage range and a supply current of 10µA typical.

The series is designed to monitor over and under-voltage from the multiple power supplies to SoCs. Furthermore, the device monitors memories and sensors to supervise the system operating at normal voltage continuously.

The series provides power supply voltage monitoring of laptop PCs, digital TVs, cordless phones, private LAN systems, and multi-cell battery using devices.
