Two new filter series for high-frequency testing applications

12-03-2021 | TTE Filters | Test & Measurement

TTE Filters has introduced two new filter series for high-frequency testing applications. The new filters – LC17 and HC17 – offer brick wall characteristics and performance to 7GHz, making them excellent for ADC and DAC test setups. Such signal conditioning testing is particularly important for semiconductor chips and integrated circuits where testing frequencies proceed to trend higher and higher (now in the GHz range).

The passband to stopband ratio for the LC17 filter is -50dBc at 1.19fo and -60dBc at 1.27fo. That ratio for the HC17 filter is -50dBc at 0.84 fo and -60dBc at 0.78 fo. The frequency range for these filters is 1MHz to 7GHz.

Relevant markets for the products include commercial, industrial, medical, defence and test and measurement.

To be featured at 2021 International Microwave Symposium in Atlanta, June 8-10, Booth No. 1129.
