Unidirectional surface mount TVS diodes protect against ESD and EFT

Littelfuse SLD5S Unidirectional Surface Mount TVS Diodes, available now from Mouser, are developed to protect sensitive electronics against ESD, EFT, and 10/1000 surge events. The device components also shield against inductive load switching voltage transient events for severe Automotive Load Dump applications.

These devices are housed in an SMTO-263 package with lead modifications.

The devices are AEC-Q101 qualified with automotive-grade (PPAP capable) and meets ISO7637-2 5a/5b protection, ISO16750 and JASO D-001 load dump test. They also meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020 and high-temperature reflow soldering guaranteed. They are ideal for surface mount applications to optimise board space.
