Saelig Company now offers the Teledyne Test Tools T3DSO2000A Oscilloscopes which are provided in two-channel and four-channel versions with analog bandwidths from 100MHz to 500MHz. Each model provides a maximum sample rate of 2GSa/s and a maximum memory depth of 200Mpts in half-channel mode. The series uses a new generation of high-speed display technology that delivers excellent signal clarity, fidelity, and performance. The system noise floor is lower than comparable products in the industry. This scope series offers a minimum vertical input range of 1mV/div, an inventive digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter, and a waveform capture rate of 500,000wfms/sec (sequence mode). The four-channel models include two 2GSa/s ADCs and two 140Mpt memory modules. When all channels are enabled, each channel provides a sample rate of 1GSa/s and a standard record length of 70Mpts.

For ease-of-use, the most used functions can be accessed with a user-friendly 8" TFT-LCD. A 256-level intensity grading display function and a colour temperature display mode complement the excellent update rate. The new digital design also incorporates a hardware co-processor that provides measurements quickly and accurately without slowing acquisition and front-panel response.

Multiple powerful triggering modes are offered to cover many waveform types and signal protocols. Incorporated with each model are Serial Bus Trigger and Decode: I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN. Optional CAN FD, I2 S, MIL-1553B, FlexRay. The models also provide History waveform recording and sequential triggering that allow extended waveform recording and analysis. Other options offered include the 50MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator and the 16-channel MSO option, both of which are field upgradable options.
