Rotary encoders offer durability and reliability for many applications

CTS Electronic Components 11CE and 12CE Rotary Encoders, available now from Mouser, provide 11mm and 12mm size packages and are offered with and without a bushing.

The rotary encoders provide horizontal and vertical mount styles, detent options, selected resolutions, and a momentary push switch option. Rotational life of 30,000 cycles and an extended operating temperature range of -10C to +70C gives durability and reliability in many applications. Shaft length and trim options are also offered. 12CE encoders provide backlit illuminated shafts for applications needing illuminated control in dim or dark spaces. LEDs are offered in single, dual, and three-colour options in an assortment of colours.
