Conductive polymer chip capacitors in a compact design

ROHM Semiconductor TCTO Conductive Polymer Chip Capacitors, available now from Mouser, provide a 2.5VDC to 16VDC voltage range, up to 330µF capacitance rating, and 35mOhm to 500mOhm ESR range.

The capacitors provide a compact, low profile design and high capacitance ratings that add to smaller, thinner sets with more comprehensive functionality. Conductive polymer construction gives a self-healing function that stops failure and provides safe, high-reliability operation.

The capacitors operate in the -55C to +105C temperature range and provides ultra-low ESR.
