Buck regulators offer best-in-class power efficiency

Vicor PI332x-00 DC/DC ZVS Buck Regulators, available now from Mouser, are high-input-voltage, wide-input-range DC-DC ZVS buck regulators combining controller, power switches, and support components all within a high-density SiP.

The integration of a high-performance ZVS topology within the series increases PoL performance, producing best-in-class power efficiency. The device needs only an external inductor, two voltage selection resistors, and minimal capacitors to create a complete DC-DC switch-mode buck regulator.

The device features a wide input voltage range of 14V to 42V. The device provides an operating range between -55C to +120C.

Typical applications include HV to PoL buck regulators, computing, communications, industrial, and automotive equipment.
