PCB mount connector for quick mounting in tight spaces

Cinch Connectivity Solutions, a Bel group company, has expanded the Johnson 2.92mm connector providing with a new 45-degree connector version. The connector is uniquely created for quick and simple mounting in tight spaces, where height or board edge can be restrictive, and an angled design is preferred.

The company's connector provides maximum VSWR of 1.25GHz to 26.5GHz and 1.50GHz from 26.5GHz to 40GHz. It employs a solderless contact to the PCB surface, with two screws for quick and simple mounting to provide a mid-board launch.

These connectors are generally employed for applications in semiconductor foundry equipment, chip testing fixtures, board characterisation and test and measurement equipment.
