DACs ideal for industrial automation and much more

Analog Devices AD567xR DACs are low power, 16-channel, 12-/16-bit, and buffered voltage output DACs. The DACs include a 2.5V, 2ppm/C internal reference, and a gain select pin producing a full-scale output of 2.5V (gain=1) or 5V (gain=2). These DACs function from a single, 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range and are guaranteed monotonic by design.

The DACs are offered in a 28-lead Lead Frame Chip Scale Package. These DACs include a Power-On Reset circuit that assures the output powers up to and remains at zero-scale/mid-scale until a valid write. The DACs comprise a power-down mode that lessens the current consumption to 2μA (typical).

These DACs are ideal for applications including optical transceivers, base station power amplifiers, process control, industrial automation, and data acquisition systems.
