Renesas Electronics RX23T 40MHz 32-bit RX MCUs are intended for single inverter control. The device enables easy programming in complex inverter control algorithms with the built-in FPU. These features considerably decrease the time demanded for software development and maintenance. The MCUs provide an RX200 core that consumes a small 0.45μA current, in software standby mode (with RAM retention).

The microcontrollers function in a broad voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, which is valuable for inverter control. The MCUs are highly compatible with the RX62T series at the pin arrangement and software level.

Typical applications include general industrial and consumer equipment.
