Expanded range offers controller with driver IC and custom MMIC products

Mouser is now stocking Qorvo’s PAC5524 – a 70V motor controller and driver IC with a wide range of I/Os covered. Furthermore, the company is also supporting Qorvo’s new Custom MMIC product offering.

The PAC5524 motor controller and driver IC is optimised for high-speed BLDC motor control. Compact, but highly integrated, the device features the company’s proprietary MMPM, which provides an all-in-one power management solution for a variety of power sources. The device also includes a 150MHz Arm Cortex-M4F 32-bit microcontroller and has a CAFE, plus multiple ASPDs. The device has 128kBytes of embedded flash memory resource, along with 32kBytes of SRAM. I/O capabilities include 3.3V digital input/output and analog input.

Aimed at avionics, defence and space sectors, the company's custom MMIC portfolio meet customers' demands for small form factors and low power budget.

It features high-performance GaN and GaAs MMICs. The complete RF signal chain for defence customers is now met (covering satellite communications, microwave test equipment, electronic defence, advanced phased array radar etc.). LNAs are included in the portfolio, accompanied by a variety of evaluation boards.
