Relays offer high-voltage switching reliability and application safety

Panasonic AQV258H5 PhotoMOS Relays are HE 1 Form A type, 1500V high-voltage relays. These relays are available now from Mouser.

These relays provide high-voltage switching reliability and application safety in BMS, test and measurement, electrical power, and industrial markets. The existing standard electromechanical relays can be substituted with the AQV258H5 PhotoMOS relays in some of the applications. This replacement draws out the benefits like longer life cycle, low on-resistance, better resistance to shock and vibration, and theoretically limitless life cycle.

The relays are ideally employed in measurement markets, security equipment, fire prevention systems, battery monitoring, signal processing, and industrial machines.

The relays distance between output terminals are expanded to cater to six-pin DIP package and are available in both Tube and Tape/Reel packaging options. The devices are UL recognised, C-UL certified, and RoHS/REACH compliant.
