Digital temperature sensors provide factory-calibrated high-accuracy data

TE Connectivity's Measurement Specialties TSYS03 Digital Temperature Sensors, available now from Mouser, are miniature digital sensors offering factory-calibrated, high-accuracy (±0.5C at 0C to +60C) temperature data.

The company's sensors include a durable temperature sensor element, an ADC, and a microcontroller to control data communications via an I2C interface. The devices are available in a TDFN8 or XDFN6 package to simply adapt to the space available on a PC board.

The operating and measurement temperature range of these sensors is -40C to +125C with a resolution of ±0.01C. The low operating and sleep currents make the sensors ideal for mobile and battery-power applications for consumer goods and appliances, HVAC and weather stations, industrial control and food monitoring, vehicle battery monitoring, and medical probes and patient monitoring.
