Texas Instruments CC2652P SimpleLink Multiprotocol Wireless MCU targets Zigbee, Thread, Bluetooth 5 low energy, IEEE 802.15.4g, IPv6-enabled smart objects, and concurrent multiprotocol through DMM driver. This microcontroller is optimised for advanced sensing and low-power wireless communication in medical markets, building security systems, and HVAC.

The MCU offers coin-cell operation at 10dBm with 22mA current consumption and advanced sensing with a programmable sensor controller CPU with a fast wake-up ability. This MCU also provides longer battery life wireless applications with low standby current and dedicated software-controlled radio controller providing flexible low-power RF transceiver capability.

The MCU can also enable long-range and low-power applications employing an integrated 20dBm high-power amplifier with best-in-class transmit current consumption.

Typical applications include 2400MHz to 2480MHz ISM and SRD systems, grid infrastructure, building automation, factory automation and control, industrial transport, medical, and EPOS.
