Mouser has added more Qorvo devices to its expansive portfolio.

The Qorvo 100-W QPA3069 power amplifier is mainly focused on defence and avionics applications. The device is available now from Mouser. This high power density IC covers the 2.7GHz to 3.5GHz RF band and provides a 25dB power gain along with a 53% PAE. Fabricated using the company's 0.25µm GaN-on-SiC semiconductor process, this high-performance S-band amplifier has greater than 58dBm of saturated output power and is subject to only minimal power losses. It is supplied in a compact 7mm x 7mm x 0.85mm package, with each of its two RF ports incorporating a DC blocking capacitor. A -40C to 85C operational temperature range is supported.

Aimed at situations where elevated levels of performance are demanded, the company's PAC5556 is a highly-integrated, feature-rich motor controller/driver SoC that is suitable for both BLDC and PMSM designs. This 600V rated device comprises a flash-based 32-bit microcontroller unit with an Arm Cortex-M4F processing core (capable of running at 150MHz), plus 128kB of embedded flash and 32kB of SRAM memory resource. High-side and low-side gate drivers, as well as signal conditioning (including a 2.5MSps ADC) and power management elements, are also incorporated. Key applications include air conditioning systems, domestic appliances, water pumps, etc. The device is housed in a compact 52-pin QFN package.
