Texas Instruments TMUX112x Two-Channel Precision Switches are precision CMOS devices that have two independently selectable 1:1, SPST switches. The device's wide operating supply of 1.08V to 5.5V enables use in a wide array of applications from industrial systems to medical equipment. The device supports bidirectional analog and digital signals on the source (Sx) and drain (Dx) pins extending from GND to VDD. The switches of the TMUX1121 are turned on with Logic 1 on the relevant logic control inputs, while Logic 0 is needed to turn on switches in the TMUX1122. The two channels of the TMUX1123 are divided with channel one supporting Logic 1, while channel two supports Logic 0. The TMUX1123 displays break-before-make switching, enabling the device to be employed in cross-point switching applications.

The devices are a component of the precision switches and multiplexers' family. These devices offer very low on and off leakage currents and low charge injection, enabling them to be employed in high precision measurement applications. Low supply current of 7nA and small package options allow usage in portable applications.

Just some of the applications the device is suitable for includes sample-and-hold circuits, feedback gain switching, signal isolation, field transmitters, PLC, factory automation and control, ultrasound scanners, patient monitoring and diagnostics, ECG, DAQ, semiconductor test equipment, battery test equipment, instrumentation, ultrasonic smart meters, optical networking, and optical test equipment.
