Stewart Connector, a Bel group company, has released their RJ45 Press-Fit Connector Series.

The company’s RJ45 Press-Fit connectors are created to remove the use of soldering during the assembly process, efficiently decreasing manufacturing costs and increasing the reliability of the connector through the product’s life cycle. By eliminating the requirement for soldering in the assembly process, the connectors eradicate the chances of cold solder joints and solder flux contamination. The series comprises both single and 1x2 port configurations that can accommodate 1G through 2.5G Base-T Ethernet speeds. They employ a tab-up design and multiple LED configurations.

These connectors can be employed in networking, home and office equipment, security systems, video game system applications and IoT applications.
