New app identifies miniature PCB components

TAGARNO has launched an app that enables the user to easily identify miniature PCB components through quality control. Utilising the search feature allows the operator to promptly identify components and pick up deviations from a golden sample.

With the new DXF Overlay app from the company, users can import DXF files to their TAGARNO digital microscope. The file then appears as an overlay, and an overview will clearly show where the overlay is located in the field of view. This assures the operator that they can always tell what area of the PCB they are looking at. The overlay will also follow the magnification levels of the microscope, making it simple to perform a visual inspection at any magnification level.
