AC/DC converters provide continuous output power in harsh environments

RECOM Power RAC04-K/277 AC/DC Converters, available from Mouser, provides uncompromising 4W of continuous output power in harsh environments globally with up to 5000m altitude. The modules achieve full load output power from -40C to 75C across the complete input range of 80VAC to 305VAC and are certified for operation with power derating up to 90C air ambient. The converters are a total solution without the requirement for external components which supports Ecodesign Lot 6 standby mode operation for global applications. The series has peak load ability of up to 150% and supports dynamic power demands of applications.

The fully encapsulated AC/DC modules have international safety certifications for domestic, industrial, ITE, and household applications, making these among of the most versatile power modules available. The series has a reinforced class II installation rating for floating outputs and a wide margin to class B emissions compliance with no external components and a 4kV insulation rating.
