Maxim Integrated MAX16150 Nano-Power Pushbuttons provide on/off control with a switching de-bouncer and a built-in latch. These devices are available now from Mouser. These nano-power pushbuttons provide a clean latched output with one shot Interrupt (INT) in response to exceeding switch closer over the debounce period at PB_IN. The pushbuttons feature longer switch closure, 32ms INT duration, up to ±60V pushbutton input handling, and ±15kV HBM ESD protection. These nano-power pushbuttons operate at -40C to 125C temperature range and are available in 1mm x 1.5mm dimensions in 6-bump WLP and thin 6-pin SOT-23 packages.

These nano-power pushbuttons consume less than 20nA supply current, consequently minimising battery current in low-power applications. Typical applications include portable instruments, industrial equipment, handheld consumer electronics, and disposable low-power electronics.
