LED indicators provide machine controls with stylish, high brightness and long-life

Now available at TTI Europe, the APEM QH Series Halo LED illuminated indicator gives focused interaction between human touch and machine, and is panel sealed to IP67 as standard. The series is offered in a selection of colours, employing high-quality, hyper-bright LEDs, making it fitting for a broad variety of applications where particular functions need to be distinctly visible, such as those needed in automotive and off-road vehicles, professional electrical appliances, and process controls. The series are provided in single, dual and RGB colours, with frosted white or tinted lenses. Bezels are offered in black or yellow. Created to integrate with 16mm, 19mm and 22mm panel cutout switches and other APEM indicators, assuring bright, highly-visible illumination, the 22mm oversized version combines with their range of emergency stop switches. The viewing angle of these halo indicators is 120-degrees enhancing visibility when viewed other than from straight on. Specifications for the series cover a long product life of 50,000 hours, and an operating temperature range of -30C to +70C. The devices feature an anti-rotation pin as standard and possess zero behind panel depth. Technical specifications cover 200mm 26AWG UL1061 wire terminations. The supply voltage is 12VDC- 24VDC at 10mA-20mA and maximum reverse voltage is 5VDC. The devices are EMC and ESD tested. They have EMC immunity to EN61000-4-3, extended to radiated field in the frequency range of 80MHz -2.7GHz, 1kHx.
