ERNI has developed its SMC Series connector and cable assembly range to support a broad range of industrial applications. The family of dual row SMC small form 1.27mm pitch connectors are popular due to many connector configuration options. Supporting both board-to-board and wire-to-board applications in the same series, the range is perfect for a broad variety of wireless remote applications used in rugged industrial environments. The Series is offered in a broad range of pin counts from 12 to 80 positions and mezzanine stack heights from 8mm to 20mm in a standard configuration. Additional stack heights are provided from 20mm to 40mm when utilising board to board adapters. Several board to board distances are also offered in coplanar and orthogonal orientations. Many standard-length ribbon cable assemblies are offered with extra lengths possible upon request.
