19-10-2018 | Mouser Electronics | Semiconductors

NXP Semiconductor S32Rx radar MCUs are 32-bit Power Architecture-based MCUs for automotive and industrial radar applications. These MCUs provide long-range, high-resolution, and accuracy for safety-critical radar applications. The MCUs satisfy high-performance computation demands needed by modern beam-forming fast chirp modulation radar systems. These radar MCUs provide radar I/F and processing, dual Power Architecture e200z cores, and system memory. The MCUs operate at -40C to 150C junction temperature, and are available in AEC-Q100 grade 1 and 257 MAPBGA packages. These devices are aimed at target automotive applications, adaptive cruise control, rear traffic crossing alert, autonomous emergency braking, metering ship tank, building surveillance, and smart home.
