Dual MOSFET drivers provide low threshold input and Enable functionality

Microchip Technology MCP14A030x Dual MOSFET drivers are high-speed drivers with low threshold input and Enable functionality. These devices are available now from Mouser. These MOSFET drivers provide 3A high-peak output current while operating from a single 4.5V to 18V supply. The drivers are offered in three output configurations such as dual inverting (MCP14A0303), dual non-inverting (MCP14A0304), and complementary (MCP14A0305). These drivers feature low shoot-through current, matched rise and fall times, and short propagation delays. The drivers are highly latch-up resistant under any condition within their power and voltage ratings. Typical applications include pulse transformer drive, switch mode power supplies, line drivers, level translator, motor, and solenoid drive.
