Sensirion SFM3200 Digital Flow Meter, available now from Mouser is intended to accurately measure the flow rate of air, oxygen, and non-aggressive gases. This flow meter provides a fifth-generation silicon sensor chip that contains an amplifier, A/D converter, digital signal processing circuitry and interface, and an EEPROM memory.
The company's patented CMOSens sensor technology enhances the performance of the sensor by connecting signal processing, sensor elements, and digital calibration on a single microchip. The digital flow meter has bi-directional measurement mode and a flow range of up to 250slm. This digital flow meter is perfect for use in inspiratory flow measurements, respiratory measurements, ventilation, anaesthesia, and drug delivery.
Typical applications include ventilation, respiratory measurements, inspiratory flow measurement, anaesthesia and rug delivery.
