Extended DC link capacitors ideal for harsh environments

The range of EPCOS film capacitors for DC link applications has been extended. The range is available now from TTI Europe. The B3277*H series provides types for especially severe environmental conditions. The robustness has been verified in humidity, temperature, 95% relative humidity, bias (THB) test at 60C, and the rated voltage for 1000 hours. The devices offer a long life of 50.000h (85C, rated voltage). Also available are AEC-Q200 qualified capacitors. The voltage range Vr at 85C 450V to 1100V and capacitance range of 1.5uF to 120uF.
