KEMET T599 Series Automotive Polymer Capacitors, available now from Mouser, provide fully qualified AEC-Q200 components with maximum operational temperature up to 150C in polymer technology.
The solid-state polymer cathode system gives low ESR while the tantalum anode ensures reliability levels far exceeding the lifetime use of a vehicle. This series highlights stable capacitance across temperature and voltage, no loss of capacitance due to ageing or dry out and high humidity handling.
The series also gives low profile design, exceptional shock and vibration performance, and a benign failure mode all in a small footprint package.
