Texas Instruments has introduced the highest-performing automotive-qualified 12V / 24V LIN transceivers, reducing board space, system complexity and system costs. The integrated resistor, ESD and fault protection allows designers to save board space in their applications.
The device offers support for 12V/24V applications with multiple channel configurations available - (one, two and four-channel devices). It is qualified for design by Zwickau, J2962-2, C&S and OEM specific certifications and can reduce design time with industry standard, pin compatible packaging.
The device supports the needs of commercial industrial equipment with 50% wider operating voltages, 30% greater bus fault protection and 2x the HBM ESD protection, compared to competitive devices.
