Now available from Mouser, Silicon Labs EFR32FG14 Flex Gecko Proprietary Protocol SOCs enables a secure wireless solution for connected devices. The SoCs include an Arm Cortex-M4 based MCU and offer a maximum output power of 19dBm. These devices support a full DSP instruction set and floating point unit to speed computation, offering a receive sensitivity of -120.6dBm (2.4kbps, 2GFSK, 868MHz). Built with low-power Gecko Technology which includes innovative low energy techniques, fast wake-up times and energy saving modes the SoCs are ideal for energy sensitive applications. Also, these devices include 32kB RAM, 256kB Flash, 28 GPIO Pins, 2 x 16-bit Timers and multiple communication interfaces.
