Toshiba TLP3350 Photorelay, available now from Mouser, consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light emitting diode. The device features low output capacitance (Coff), allowing fast on/off switching of a high-frequency signal. This makes the device ideal for switching applications in high-speed testers.
The photorelay is housed in a compact, surface-mount 3.25mm x 3.25mm USOP-4 package, ideal for space-constrained applications.
