TPA cable assemblies help make design, prototyping and production easier

Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 cable assemblies in a range of cable lengths terminated either end with a 3mm pitch female connector with TPA. They are available now from RS Components. These connector cable assemblies are constructed using UL1061 discrete wires to help make design, prototyping and production easier. The wires are multi-coloured to assist with correct connection. The connectors have fully isolated contacts and feature a TPA retainer which holds the contacts securely in place and reduces terminal back-outs. A positive lock on the connector ensures that the cable assembly is securely attached to the mating connector preventing accidental unmating due to vibration or mishandling. These wire-to-board cable assemblies are designed for use with series 43045 Micro-Fit 3.0 PCB headers and Micro-Fit 3.0 43020 series plug housings.
