Power Sources -Ultra-wide input range offered in industry standard quarter-brick footprint

Power Sources Unlimited has added the Cincon CQB150W Series 150W DC-DC converter in an industry standard quarter-brick footprint. The device is suitable for railway, distributed power architectures, telecommunications and industrial applications. The series are available in single output voltages of 5, 12, 24, 28, 48VDC and have 4:1 ultra-wide input voltage range of 9-36VDC and 18-75VDC. All models are fully protected against input UVLO, output over-current, output over-voltage and over-temperature and continuous short circuit conditions. Standard features include high efficiency up to 92%, 2250VDC isolation voltage and an operating temperature range of –40C to 105C, an optional heat sink, thermal pad, mounting screws are available to extend the full power range of the unit. The series also feature very low no load power consumption making these converters an ideal solution for energy critical systems. Additionally, the standard control functions include remote on/off and 10% adjustable output voltage. All models meet CE Mark 2014/30/EU and safety approvals comply with UL/EN/IEC 60950-1. Shock vibration meets MIL-STD-810F / EN 61373.
