Available now from Mouser, the Microchip TC6321 N and P-Channel MOSFET Pair is integrated with gate-to-source resistors and gate-to-source Zener-diode clamps. This MOSFET pair is designed for switching and amplifying applications where high-voltage, high-current drive, and fast switching speeds are required. This pairs with the MD12xx, MD17xx, or MD18xx ultrasound MOSFET drivers to form a high-speed and high-voltage pulser circuit. The MOSFET operates at a temperature ranging from -40C to 150C and VDS ranges from -200V to 200V. The MOSFET pair utilizes an advanced vertical DMOS structure and the silicon gate manufacturing process. This combination gives the power-handling capabilities of bipolar transistors with high-input impedance and positive temperature coefficient inherent in MOS devices.
