Isolators help users design a small-form factor, total isolation solution

Available from Mouser, Analog Devices ADuM541x/ADuM641x Isolators are 2.5/3.75kVrms quad-channel digital isolators with integrated isoPower DC-DC converters. Developed using iCoupler technology, the converters offer adjustable isolated power from 3.15V-5.25V. The isolators have a 100kV/µs common-mode transient immunity, 7ns delay, and 150Mbps data rate for robust, high-speed data transfer in noisy and harsh environments. The isolators eliminate the user's need for a separate, isolated DC-DC converter when designing low-power, isolated applications. The devices' iCoupler chip scale transformer technology supports isolated logic signals and the converters' magnetic components. Available in a compact, 24-lead SSOP package, the isolators help users design a small-form factor, total isolation solution.
