Stocked by Mouser, the TriQuint TQF6297H front-end power amplifier module integrates TriQuint HBT power amplifier, CuFlip, and BAW filter technologies in one circuit. This 24-pin compact module comes in a 4mm x 3mm package and provides a small RF solution.
The module provides a linear output power of 25dBm for non-filtered paths and 27.5dBm for filtered paths. This module has primary bands to meet Wi-Fi requirements and auxiliary bands to reduce the filters required per TD-LTE solutions. The primary band includes B40 and B41N filters and the auxiliary band includes B7, B30, and B38 filters.
Suitable applications include TD-LTE smartphones, tablets, handsets, and data cards.
