CMOS LDO voltage regulators provide stable and accurate voltage with low noise

01-11-2016 | Mouser Electronics | Power

Stocked by Mouser, ON Semiconductor NCV8177 CMOS LDO voltage regulators feature a 500mA output current. The input voltages range from 1.6V to 5.5V. Output voltages can be set from 0.75V to 3.6V. The regulators provide stable and accurate voltage with low noise and a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). This makes these devices ideal for RF applications such as automotive infotainment systems. Due to low power consumption the NCV8177 offers high efficiency and low thermal dissipation. The small, four-pin XDFN4 package makes these devices especially suitable for space constrained applications such as lights, instrument equipment, infotainment systems, cameras, camcorders and sensors.
