Diodes Incorporated automotive compliant D-flat rectifiers, available from Mouser, offer high-thermal performance capability in a low-profile package. This high-performance flat lead package is designed with wide creepage distance, which enables high-voltage rectification capability and enhances isolation between terminals to protect against tracking.
With a maximum height of 1.1mm, the package is 54% thinner than the conventional SMA package. The series is available in various combinations of voltage, current and speed.
