Surface mount Zener diodes offer high peak power dissipation and high thermal resistance

Now available from Mouser, the Comchip CZR53 5W surface mount Zener diodes offer high peak power dissipation and high thermal resistance. These glass passivated diodes are available with a zener voltage range of 5.1V to 200V. They feature low leakage, low inductance and built-in strain relief. They are ideal for use in stabilising supply rails from higher voltages and providing reference voltages for circuits. Packaged in a space-saving, low-profile DO-214AA surface mount case, these diodes are halogen and lead free and fully RoHS Compliant.
