Stocked by Mouser, the Infineon AUIPS1025R Low Side Intelligent Power Switch has three terminals and features a low side MOSFET with over current, over temperature, ESD protection and drain to source active clamp. The device is ideal for high reliability in harsh environments. The switch turns off the power MOSFET when the temperature exceeds 170C or when the drain current reaches 22A. The device restarts once the input is cycled.
