RF/microwave attenuators feature a thin film design

These attenuators are constructed with Aluminum Nitride (AIN) and are available in a standard EIA 0603 case size. AT series attenuators have a balanced Pi design which provides even current distribution and attenuation characteristics from DC to 20GHz.
