Harsh environment ratchet coupling connectors deliver robust performance

Stocked by Mouser, Lemo’s M series is designed for energy, alternative energy, industrial automation, performance automotive, and other harsh environment applications that require robust performance in a lightweight and compact size. The connectors with anodised surface treatment offer quick and easy identification and are ideal for use in motorsports, on board electronic systems, test equipment, portable and radio systems or automotive wire harnesses. The brightly coloured anodised surface treatment can be applied to one of 37 connector models that are available in eight different sizes and remain visible after extensive use in harsh environments. These rugged connectors are IP68 compliant and high vibration resistant. Gasket and sealing options that are oil and fuel resistant are included. The space saving compact design of the connectors accepts cable diameters ranging from 2.8mm to 14mm. This series is available in multipole from two to 114 pins with crimp contacts or PCB contacts as well as hybrid low current/ high current contacts or with fibre optic contacts.
