Stocked by Mouser, Everlight EAUVA3535x LEDs are ROHS compliant ceramic based LEDs. These 1.8W LEDs are highly reliable and are suitable for UV application. The LEDs provide 395nm peak wavelength, maximum forward DC current of 700mA, and forward voltage of 2.95V. The operating and storage temperature ranges from -40C to 110C with a maximum junction temperature of 125C.
Typical applications include UV sterilization systems, UV photo-catalysts and UV sensor lights.
