This Texas Instruments 29mohm, –12V, P-Channel FemtoFET MOSFET technology is designed and optimised to minimise the footprint in many handheld and mobile applications. This technology is capable of replacing standard small signal MOSFETs while providing a significant reduction in footprint size. It is optimised for industrial load switch applications and for general purpose switching applications.
