Wi-Fi integrated front end module reduces manufacturing costs

15-09-2016 | Mouser Electronics | Power

Stocked by Mouser, the Qorvo RFFM4554 Wi-Fi integrated front end module operates in 4.9-5.925GHz frequency range and is designed for 802.11a/n/ac applications. The integrated SPDT switch and low noise amplifier with bypass reduce the layout area, bill of material, and manufacturability cost. The switch to LNA path has pins which allow filtering in the ideal path for the current Wi-Fi circuit applications. This device is available in a 2.3mm x 2.3mm x 0.45mm 16-pin QFN package. This module meets or exceeds the power requirements of IEEE802.11a/n/ac Wi-Fi RF systems.
