The package size is 3.45mm x 3.45mm and the radiant power up to 835mW at 500mA in a wavelength range of 362.5nm to 370nm. This device is designed to provide a reliable, energy-saving replacement for mercury lamps. The silicon lens enables extremely long lifetimes up to 25,000h, compared to the typical mercury lamp lifetime of 10,000h.
