Toshiba TCK22xG and TCK1024G load switch ICs, available from Mouser, feature over current limited function and low switch ON resistance. These devices also have quiescent current, high output current and wide input voltage operation. Switch ON resistance is on 31mohm at VIN = 5V, - 0.15A load conditions. These load switch ICs also feature a thermal shutdown function and output auto-discharge function.
Housed in an ultra compact WCSP6E package, they are ideal for space-critical portable applications such as in cell phones, digital cameras, small portable devices, portable audio players and tablet PCs.
