The series offers a 10A average forward current rating and peak reverse voltage ratings from 50V to 1000V. These rectifiers have a high 175 amperes peak surge forward current capability and an operating temperature range of -55C to +150C. They have a lead-free finish and are RoHS Compliant.
They are ideal for general-purpose use in AC/DC bridge full-wave rectification for Power supplies, office equipment, TVs and displays, audio equipment, and home appliances.
