Available from Mouser, the NXP PMGD175XNE Dual N-Channel MOSFET is a 30V enhancement mode MOSFET. This device comes in small SOT363 (TSSOP6) SMD plastic package and uses Trench MOSFET technology. The MOSFET features low threshold voltage, fast switching, and more than 2Kv HBM ESD protection.
Typical applications include relay driver, high-speed line driver, low-side load switch, and switching circuits.
