Compact waterproof connectors for the most demanding applications

The EMO F connector series is now available from Astute Electronics. The connectors are designed specifically for demanding applications where space and weight are critical. The interconnects meet MIL Std 810E, yet are far smaller than comparable MIL Spec connectors, enabling dramatic space savings. The use of an aluminium alloy body achieves a low weight for size. The IP67 rated EMO F Series offers tough, ruggedized solutions able to withstand high shock and vibration. The LEMO F Series features a push-pull latching mechanism to provide secure connection, while the contact density enables considerable panel space savings. Multi-key options prevent cross-mating of similar connectors within a panel. Within the F Series, models are available with 2 to 66 contacts, and contact types include LV and Fibre Optic, plus hybrids, ensuring the series offers versatile interconnect solutions. F Series connectors are highly durable and can withstand up to 1,000 mating cycles. Crimp and PCB terminations are available. The F Series also offers full EMC protection. Rated to IP67 against dust and water ingress, the LEMO F Series can withstand temperatures between -15C and +200C.
